Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate scale tickets using Fisher Sand & Gravel's scale software/system.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and provide haul reports as requested.
• Balance daily receipts for correct recordkeeping and billing.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, dispatchers, and plant personnel about loading and hauling operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow company safety standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Record truck weights, material types, quantities, customer info, project numbers, and load destinations
• Enter and maintain accurate scale tickets using Fisher Sand & Gravel's scale software/system
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and provide haul reports as requested
• Balance the daily receipts to ensure accurate recordkeeping and appropriate billing
• Communicate with truck drivers, customers, dispatchers, and plant personnel regarding loading and hauling operations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner towards customers and co-workers
• Ability to adhere to work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise
• Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company's safety standards; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license/clear record and reliable transportation required
