We are seeking a reliable team member to join our 1st shift production team. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Hiring/Retention Bonus: Up to $1,000 within the first year! Bonus details provided during interview.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare machines for production cycles, including calibration, cleaning, and setup.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation.
• Operate industrial machinery and follow production procedures.
• Maintain consistent product quality through inspections and adjustments.
• Load materials, adjust settings, and monitor output for efficiency.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and report any issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards.
• Willing to cross-train in different areas as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures.
• Ability to kneel, crawl, and bend for long periods.
