Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope, quantities, and material sizes.
• Identify required tools and measure, mark, and cut materials to spec.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding for buildings and install ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms.
• Construct, reinforce, and dismantle pre-constructed scaffolds.
• Build wooden scaffolds and auxiliary items.
• Rig equipment loads safely and efficiently.
• Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, time, and resources for tasks.
• Inspect workers' output for compliance and correct deficiencies.
