TIC - The Industrial Company in Texas is seeking a skilled Scaffolding Erector to join our field team. You will read blueprints, measure and cut materials, and assemble scaffolds on busy construction sites.
This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working in outdoors, and following safety rules. You'll install ladders, handrails, and rig loads while coordinating with crew and supervision.

Perform work involving the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, operation of heavy equipment, rigging the equipment loads, and completion of various construction projects.
The person in this position needs to constantly move about a construction/industrial site,
so should be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
weather conditions
required equipment/work areas (may exceed 200 feet), so must be able to climb and
maintain balance on formwork, steel formwork, stairs, ladders and scaffolds
