Everett Ship Repair is seeking a skilled Scaffolder Journeyman in Everett, WA. You will independently erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold systems while ensuring OSHA compliance and environmental containment requirements for a variety of vessels.
You will read scaffold drawings, work plans, and coordinate with Lead Foremen and other trades. This role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and mentoring apprentices in a progressive ship repair environment.

Scaffolder Journeyman – responsible for the safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffold systems and environmental containment systems. This position performs work independently, mentors apprentice scaffolders, and consistently delivers quality workmanship while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, company policies, and customer specifications.
