Job summary

Everett Ship Repair in Everett, WA is seeking a Journeyman Scaffolder to safely erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold systems on our busy ship repair yard. You will install environmental containment systems and read scaffold drawings and work plans.

You will mentor apprentices, coordinate with foremen and trades, maintain tagging and safety procedures, and uphold OSHA standards while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of scaffold experience.
• Ability to read scaffold drawings and work instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold systems.
• Strong safety record and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Ability to mentor apprentice scaffolders.

Responsibilities

• Independently erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold systems.

Everett Ship Repair is the Pacific Northwest Premier Ship Repair Facility. Founded in 2019, Everett Ship Repair offers vast ship repair capabilities from its facility in Everett, Washington, including repair, maintenance, and conversion services for any type of commercial vessels, with focus on commercial workboats and passenger vessels.
