Job summary

BrandSafway in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an experienced field lead to supervise on-site personnel and deliver safe, on-budget project execution. You will coordinate field take-off, material requisitions, and logistics, supporting foreperson and crew leaders to meet schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related field experience.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, and logistics.
• Ability to assist Foreperson with supervising craft personnel in a crew-leader capacity for at least three years.
• Strong focus on safety, QA/QC, and Job Safety Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directs field personnel to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget work.
• Oversee field take-off, material requisitions, and logistics.
• Assist Foreperson with supervising craft personnel in crew-leader capacity.
• Serve as front-line contact for safety, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and hazardous conditions awareness.
• Maintain clear communication with team and resolve on-site issues quickly.

Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A leadperson will have the following skills:

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
