Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Scaffold Leadman to direct field personnel, ensuring safety, on-time completion, and budget adherence on site. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates who commit to a specified employment period.

The role requires experience in field take-off, material requisitions, logistics, and pre-job planning, with a minimum of five years in the related field and at least three years assisting a Foreperson in crew leadership.

Qualifications

• Acts as front line contact for safety, QA/QC, and hazardous conditions awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety, QA/QC, and Job Safety Analysis on the project site.
• Lead on-site supervision and assist Foreperson with crew leadership tasks.
• Ensure work scope is followed and resources are managed effectively.

Sign-on bonus available for qualified Scaffold Leadmen. Bonus eligibility requires a commitment to remain employed for a specified period of time. Additional details will be provided during the hiring process.

Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A leadperson will have the following skills:

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
