Scaffold Leadman (Deer Park, Tx) - Austin Industrial (Pemex)

This person will assist in the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures. Other duties may be assigned.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work at heights with no fear.
2. Bring basic hand tools to the site.
3. Determine the type of scaffold needed.
4. Transport tubular scaffold or other structural material and erect the scaffold as instructed by the scaffold builder.
5. Hoist scaffolding materials upward to erect temporary structures.
6. Properly secure and level locking sections of scaffolding material.
7. Secure scaffold to the permanent structure for added stability.
8. Adhere to OSHA, site-specific, and Austin Industrial requirements for erecting and navigating scaffolding.
9. Dismantle scaffolding when instructed to do so.
10. Inspect and properly store scaffolding material after dismantling.
11. Perform final inspection of completed scaffolding.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required for this Position

• Experience: 2-3 years in scaffolding preferred.
• Certification/License: TWIC Card and Valid Driver's License.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available for this position.
