Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Scaffold Lead to support construction, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding at on-site locations across the U.S. The role involves working at heights, handling basic hand tools, and following safety protocols to ensure stable, compliant temporary structures.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of scaffolding experience and can transport and erect scaffold components, securing them to permanent structures as required by OSHA and site rules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of scaffolding experience preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and use basic hand tools.
• Must adhere to OSHA and site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in constructing, assembling, maintaining, and dismantling tubular scaffolding.
• Select the type of scaffold needed and transport materials to site.
• Erect scaffolding as instructed and hoist materials into place.
• Secure and level locking sections and anchor scaffold to structures.
• Perform final inspections and proper stowage of scaffolding after dismantling.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies; other duties as assigned.
