Job summary

Redi Services, LLC in Platteville, Colorado is hiring a Porta John Technician/Driver for a full-time, long-term position with a safety-first culture and steady project work in outdoor industrial settings. You will load and unload scaffolding materials, assist in erecting/dismantling structures, perform general labor, lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and follow OSHA rules.

Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Assist in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect scaffold components for damage or defects.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Secure tools, materials, and equipment properly.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures under supervision.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Inspecting scaffold components for damage or defects.
• Following all company and OSHA safety regulations.
• Securing tools, materials, and equipment properly.
• Communicating with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Performing general labor duties as assigned.

Hourly Rate:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE.
