Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Scaffold Foreman to supervise field personnel in Freeport, TX. The role requires ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget, with emphasis on field take-offs, material requisitions, and pre-job planning.

A minimum of five years in a supervisory role is expected. You will coordinate direct field teams, manage safety programs, and act as the front line for QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and hazardous conditions awareness in a fast-paced project

Responsible for the supervision and direction of direct field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A foreperson will have the following skills:

• Capable of supervising from eight to fifteen workers
• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field and in the supervision craft personnel
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
