Job summary

Associated Scaffolding Company Inc. is seeking a scaffold builder to assemble and disassemble scaffolding safely on job sites in Minnesota and nearby areas. This role offers hands-on work with a variety of structures and a direct view of daily construction activity.

You will mobilize equipment, erect and dismantle scaffolding components in accordance with OSHA standards, and perform additional tasks as assigned by the lead scaffold erector or manager. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand safety instructions and job specs.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in outdoor environments.
• Experienced or willing to learn scaffold assembly and disassembly.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to submit to background checks and drug testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize equipment from different work areas to assist with scaffold erection.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding components safely and in order, following OSHA and company standards.
• Perform other duties or special tasks as assigned by the lead scaffold erector or manager.
• Maintain awareness of safety protocols on all job sites and with coworkers.
