Qualifications

• 7+ years of scaffold construction experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in industrial, commercial, or petrochemical environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and large crews.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct scaffold construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate scaffold activities with clients, contractors, engineers, and site management teams.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and work scopes to ensure compliance.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Supervise scaffold supervisors, foremen, and crew members.
• Manage scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities.
• Ensure scaffold systems are erected according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor resources.
• Monitor project costs and labor utilization; assist with estimating and budgeting.
