Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking reliable Scaffold Construction Laborers to support our construction team. You will assist in assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding systems to provide safe access for workers at various heights.

The role requires adherence to safety standards, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather. You will work Monday–Friday day shifts on outdoor sites with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding according to safety standards.
• Transport, load, and unload scaffolding materials such as frames, planks, and braces.
• Inspect scaffolding components for damage or defects before use.
• Secure scaffolding using appropriate ties, clamps, and supports.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Support other general labor tasks as assigned.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Scaffold Construction Laborers to support our construction team by assisting in the assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding systems. This role is essential to ensuring safe access for workers at various heights and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Hours: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
