Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a reliable Scaffold Construction Laborer in Norwell, MA to support our construction team by assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding systems, ensuring safe access at heights. This hands-on role requires adherence to safety rules and strong teamwork.

Hours are Monday through Friday (Day Shift). The ideal candidate has 1+ years of construction or general labor experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and a solid focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding according to safety standards
• Transport, load, and unload scaffolding materials such as frames, planks, and braces
• Inspect scaffolding components for damage or defects before use
• Secure scaffolding using appropriate ties, clamps, and supports
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Support other general labor tasks as assigned
