Qualifications

• Minimum 48 months of industrial construction experience.
• Ability to plan scaffold installation to avoid obstructions and other workers’ activities.
• Must be able to safely traverse uneven terrain with tools and building materials.
• Must be able to climb vertical ladders and work above/below ground as required.
• Commitment to safety procedures and OSHA regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with others to perform tasks.
• Selects proper size and type of Scaffold materials according to the project specifications and dimensions.
• Plans the installation to avoid obstructions and to avoid interfering with activities of the other workers.
• Erects stationary, mobile and suspended scaffolds safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies and requirements.
• Inspects and maintains installed scaffolds, repairs and replaces materials and components as required.
• Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level.
• Loads, transports, unloads materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assists in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and work pieces during installation.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Restocks supplies and materials as necessary.
• Must be able to safely traverse uneven terrain with tools and building materials.
• Must be able to climb vertical ladders and work above/below ground as necessary.
• Performs a variety of tasks involving safe dexterous use of hand tools.
• Safely operates power tools and equipment.
• Adheres to all safety procedures.
