Job summary

RigUp is seeking a Systems Administrator II located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating field device statuses using SCADA and HMI solutions, ensuring operational accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

This role includes executing P2P validations, verifying system accuracy, coordinating testing schedules, managing workflows, and documenting results. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail to excel in this high-volume technical environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, and pipeline control operations.
• Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-volume technical tasks with sustained consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively between technical and operational teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for coordinating complex testing schedules.
• Ability to produce thorough and audit-ready technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform Point-to-Point validations from SCADA displays to field devices.
• Validate that field inputs and control outputs are accurately represented.
• Partner with IT/SCADA to align schedules and execute testing.
• Conduct repeatable validation workflows for high-volume devices.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of validation results.
• Identify and document data discrepancies discovered during testing.
• Verify validations meet Control Room Management requirements.
• Provide feedback for continuous process improvement.
