Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream in Tulsa, OK is hiring a SCADA Programming Technician to execute mid-to-high level hardware/software field assignments within the Pipeline SCADA department. The role may occasionally direct or lead others and requires travel up to 50% to support field sites.

Responsibilities include developing control systems, programming PLCs and HMIs, and maintaining SCADA software such as Wonderware Intouch and ClearSCADA across field sites.

Qualifications

• Three years of on-the-job experience required.
• Associates degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering/Telecommunications or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement and deeper expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develops and designs control systems for pipeline/terminal control.
• Programs PLCs for Windows-based software design and implementation.
• Maintains and programs PLCs and field HMIs.
• Designs and sets up network structures for field communication.
• Conducts communication testing for field sites.
