Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, vendors and internal teams.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach with ownership mindset.
• Ability to learn new systems, software, and technical concepts, with SCADA training provided.
• SCADA experience not required; train on SCADA specifics.
• Experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, purchasing, logistics, or similar roles preferred.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, or other technical environments is a plus.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project/workflow management software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and receiving of SCADA equipment, materials, and supplies while tracking material orders, costs, inventory, and budgets.
• Coordinate with panel suppliers and vendors to track status, deliveries, pricing, and project schedules.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding orders, vendor commitments, and action items to keep projects moving forward.
• Support TOSI and iNet platforms, including billing, invoicing, pricing, contracts, and cost control.
• Coordinate incoming field service requests and help develop an organized process for routing and tracking service calls.
• Assist with project closeout, including tracking final documentation and ensuring redlined drawings are filed.
• Develop, organize, and maintain SOPs and other department documentation.
• Work with SCADA engineers and other KLH disciplines to improve communication, organization, and workflow.
• Identify and implement new tools, software, and processes as the department grows.
