We have an immediate opening for a EMS Engineer/Analyst with a leading IT service/solutions provider in USA.

Location: 100% remote

JD:

We are seeking an experienced EMS Analyst to join our team for a two-year contract position, focusing on an Oracle NMS project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EMS systems (experience with OSI Monarch is a plus), SCADA, and experience with Oracle databases and/or Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on the Oracle NMS project, specifically the Oracle Flex SCADA component.
2. Customize and configure the Oracle Flex SCADA module to meet project needs.
3. Integrate the SCADA system with the existing OSI EMS system.
4. Define and manage data points for SCADA and EMS integration.
5. Ensure synchronization of data using ICCP protocol.
6. Work with various RTU protocols, primarily DNP3.
7. Collaborate closely with Oracle project managers and distribution management system teams.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience with EMS system (experience with OSI Monarch is a plus).
2. Familiarity with DNP3 (over serial or IP) and ICCP protocols.
3. Experience with Oracle systems and databases to populate, manipulate, and synchronize data.
4. Knowledge of Oracle’s utility suite of products is highly desirable.
5. Proficiency in PL/SQL and scripting languages such as Python and shell scripting.
