Job summary

PureCycle Technologies seeks a Digital Interface Lead to design and optimize user experiences with PLC systems on site, aligning digital interfaces with business objectives and driving continuous improvement. The role reports to the Digital Automation Manager and involves coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Hybrid work model with required on-site presence at Ironton, OH and Denver, PA locations; travel ~50% of time; on-call availability evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years in industrial automation, or 10+ years in the field without a degree.
• Experience deploying automation systems within operating facilities.
• Working knowledge of multiple DCS/PLC platforms and IT integration.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and OSHA regulations; ISA knowledge a plus.
• PM best practices and strong communication skills.

• Influences SCADA design and implementation for industrial automation
