Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an Electrical Automation Controls SCADA Engineer in Texas. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 3+ years in controls are required. You will handle PLC/HMI/DCS programming, read P&ID diagrams, and work with Wonderware System Platform and a variety of hardware and software tools.

Strong knowledge of process control strategies, TCP/IP networks, databases, and Windows Server deployment is essential. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of process control strategies and systems.
• Ability to read P&ID diagrams; familiarity with I/O control networks; field sensors.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, databases and networking.
• 3+ years of controls engineering experience.
• Wonderware System Platform certification is a plus.
• Experience with PLC/HMI/DCS programming across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with a wide range of vendors/tools and network security.
