Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a SCA Supply Technician in Gulfport, MS to manage stock control, inventory, and documentation in support of base supply activities. The role also involves generating reports, assisting with audits, and providing timely movement and reporting of assets, with a focus on accuracy and reliability in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Stock Control: provide stock availability, accountability, and reporting information; monitor reorder points; maintain accurate property accounting systems; prepare reports for transferring excess items; monitor shipment status weekly.
• Inventory & Documentation Management: maintain accurate inventory records; support audits and reconciliations; research discrepancies and document corrective actions; ensure data accuracy in supply systems.
• Customer & Supply Support: provide supply information and guidance to base customers; respond to inquiries on stock status, due-ins/due-outs, and demand data; support supply transactions and updates within ILS-S and related systems.

Overview Job Title: SCA Supply Technician Location: Gulfport, MS Mano Lani LLC is looking for a Supply Technician who will perform stock control, inventory management, equipment accountability, and documentation operations in support of base supply activities. The technician ensures compliance with installation access and security policies, safeguards government property, maintains accurate supply records, and supports timely movement and reporting of assets within ILS-S and other supply systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Control -
  • • Provide customers with stock availability, accountability, and reporting information.
  • • Monitor and maintain reorder points for centrally controlled items; notify government personnel of replenishment needs.
  • • Prevent excess accumulation by maintaining appropriate stock levels based on consumption rates.
  • • Maintain accurate property accounting systems and documentation for on-hand assets.
  • • Prepare reports and documentation for transferring excess items; verify proper signature authority.
  • • Monitor and report shipment status weekly to ensure timely movement of assets.
  • • Generate, run, and maintain required supply reports and property documentation databases.
  • • Perform document control operations including reverse posts, trend updates, and transaction history inquiries.
  • • Maintain due-in/due-out validation records and weekly demand data.
  • • Conduct bi-monthly warehouse inspections to ensure stockage effectiveness in ILS-S.
• Inventory & Documentation Management -
  • • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper filing of supply documentation.
  • • Support audits, reconciliations, and property accountability reviews.
  • • Research discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are documented and completed.
  • • Maintain compliance with all supply system data accuracy requirements.
• Customer & Supply Support -
  • • Provide supply information, guidance, and support to base customers.
  • • Respond to inquiries regarding stock status, due-ins, due-outs, and demand data.
  • • Support supply transactions, inquiries, and updates within ILS-S and related systems.

Requirements Qualifications

• • Experience in supply, logistics, inventory management, or military support operations
• • Knowledge of ILS-S and Air Force supply processes
• • Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail
• • Ability to safeguard government property and comply with installation security requirements
• • Ability to complete required SAM.gov labor-hour reporting
• • Effective communication and customer support skills

Physical Requirements

• Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
• Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
• There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required.
• Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
