Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a SCA Cook II at the USAF FTI - DYESS AFB to join a team focused on nutritious dishes and customer service.

The role requires cooking large quantities, maintaining reliability for overnight shifts, and adhering to site-specific requirements while benefiting from Sodexo's training and benefits.

Workdays/shifts: Overnights - varying days. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Pay Range: $19.57 per hour - $19.57 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
