Sodexo is hiring a SCA Cook II at USAF FTI 2A - Cannon AFB. You’ll be part of a team focused on nutritious dishes and customer service. The role requires flexibility for on-call shifts across any workday, with a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities by various methods of cooking meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables.
• Season and cook all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry; boil, steam, or fry vegetables.
• Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, pies, casseroles and stews.
• Attend work on scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts as needed.
