Job summary

Poulin | Willey Trial Lawyers is seeking an experienced Trial Lawyer to join our growing personal injury team. This role represents clients throughout South Carolina and requires an active South Carolina Bar license in good standing.

You will own your caseload and lead matters from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial. The compensation includes a base of $75,000 plus a bonus percentage.

Qualifications

• Active SC bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation/trial experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury from filing through trial.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memos.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff for thorough case preparation.
