Job summary

Thyme Care seeks a South Carolina-licensed physician to serve as collaborating physician for our nurse practitioner team providing general oncology triage and palliative care supervision. The physician will oversee NPs and provide consultation and chart review without direct patient care.

The role is part-time, remote, with regular collaboration meetings and chart reviews as defined in the protocol. Prior supervisory experience and comfort with asynchronous collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license and MD or DO diplomate.
• Experience with NP/APRN collaborative or supervisory relationships preferred.
• Comfortable with remote/asynchronous consultation model.

Responsibilities

• Serve as collaborating physician of record under a nurse protocol agreement.
• Co-sign NP clinical notes and charts as per protocol schedule.
