Job summary

The University of Chicago is seeking a dynamic administrator to oversee the Polsky Exchange's Small Business Development Center (SBDC) programs. You will train and advise small business clients, manage a team, and coordinate program activities across a network of partners.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of work experience in a related job discipline is required.
• Experience with program management, grant administration, and small business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and train small business clients and assist in growth strategies.
• Manage CRM activity, client profiles, and reporting metrics.
• Plan and coordinate programs and activities with the SBDC network.
• Prepare reports and ensure timeliness of data and compliance.
