Job summary

NSW Department of Education in Parramatta is seeking an SBAT Engagement Advisor for the Educational Pathways Program (SEO2) on a temporary full-time basis, for up to three years, with flexible working arrangements.

About the position

The role contributes to the delivery of the Enhancing School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs) Engagement initiative under the Department of Education's Educational Pathways Program (EPP). This position is responsible for providing operational support to a team of SBAT Engagement Officers who work with EPP participating schools in strengthening their SBAT programs. The role facilitates reporting, project/initiative management and IT systems support which contribute to key EPP outcomes.

These positions oversee 2 teams, one is north from Central Coast to Ballina and west to Bourke. The other role supports a team in Sydney and south to Eden.

Please note these positions require the successful applicant to undertake travel to support their teams and EPP schools.

Total Remuneration Package: $198,255. Package includes salary ($174,905), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
