Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks an SBA Loan Processor to handle the processing and closing of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout the loan lifecycle.
You will work with underwriters and business development staff to prepare loan packages, order title work, review documents, and coordinate closings. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are required.

Job Title: SBA Loan Processor
Job Description: Summary: The position is responsible for processing and closing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of two (2) years of banking or financial services industry experience. Detailed knowledge of loan closing documentation and requirements.
Computer and Software Skills: Skilled in the operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel Google Apps
