Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of SBA policies and structure and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of SBA SOPs and 7(a) and 504 programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SBA education and resources to Relationship Managers and maintain knowledge across SBA programs.
• Coordinate with Portfolio and Servicing staff to ensure clear communication during origination.
• Lead or supervise other team members as directed by SBA Manager on department projects and objectives.
• Develop and execute client SBA communication plans to establish strong relationships and identify client needs.
