Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes underwriting analysis of applications, including financials and collateral, to determine loan prudence.
• Evaluates sources of repayment and performs competition analysis.
• Reviews SBA eligibility and bank policies; verifies required documents.
• Conducts customer interviews and resolves outstanding questions.
• Maintains loan systems documents and prepares Credit Memorandum detailing loan requests.
• Submits loan requests to Credit Administration and coordinates with the credit officer.
• Ensures regulatory awareness including BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.
• Develops understanding of SBA program rules and procedures.
