Job summary

ThinkingAhead Executive Search is engaged to identify an experienced SBA Business Development Officer for a well-capitalized, growth-oriented PLP bank. The candidate must be a proven producer with an existing referral network to contribute immediately.

The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 with a monthly volume-based bonus and broker referral fees. A player-coach leader will join calls and support you, in a boutique setting with direct access to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SBA lending experience with active origination at an SBA Preferred Lender.
• Demonstrated track record of self-sourcing and managing a production pipeline independently.
• Strong working knowledge of SBA SOP and loan programs.

We have been engaged to identify an experienced SBA Business Development Officer for a well-capitalized, growth-oriented PLP bank.

The bank has a tenured credit and closing team, a fast and consistent approval process, and leadership that is actively invested in the success of its BDOs. They are not looking for someone to develop — they want an experienced producer with an existing referral network who can contribute immediately.
