Job description

Join to apply for the SB Supply Chain Coordinator role at Turner Construction Company.

SourceBlue, a subsidiary of Turner Construction Company, with over 20 years of experience in procurement for major construction projects, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator.

Position Overview

Assist with equipment and product procurement and supply chain services for assigned projects in coordination with the SourceBlue team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review equipment and procurement packages for compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Track and document product-related issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Prepare scope of work documents, coordinate matrices, and bid response forms.
  • Support reviews of project submittals and shop drawings.
  • Visit project sites and manufacturers’ factories to observe quality and product development.
  • Support supply chain mapping, vendor database management, and equipment tracking.
  • Perform data entry for procurement data updates.
  • Maintain project documentation such as equipment logs, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and closeout records.
  • Assist with change order reviews and vendor prequalification processes.
  • Participate in project closeout activities, ensuring documentation compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • In pursuit of a college degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field, or minimum 2 years’ experience or equivalent.
  • Supply chain or construction industry internship/co-op experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and construction products desired.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Limited travel as needed.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to view monitors, use computers, climb stairs, ladders, and work at construction sites. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.

Work primarily in office or remote settings; occasional work at construction sites with exposure to noise, weather, and mechanical hazards.
