Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Lower Burrell, PA is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and coordinate the team under the store manager.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, training new employees, maintaining safety, cash and inventory management, and keeping the store clean and appealing. A monthly commission and bonus program can add to hourly pay.

Compensation

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
