Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Celina, OH is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for full-time, on-site work. The role offers a salary range of $15.00 to $17.00 hourly with potential monthly commission and bonus.

You will manage daily shop operations, drive excellent customer experiences, train staff, handle cash/inventory, and help the store manager meet performance goals. The position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
