This shift-based position offers 1st shift (6:00 am–6:00 pm) and 2nd shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am) options with an hourly rate of $18.50, and opportunities for Operator progression as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred; related sawmill experience may substitute.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions (run sheets, logs).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sawmill equipment and production positions.
• Monitor lumber quality and material flow; report defects promptly.
• Maintain production counts, logs, and quality documentation.
• Follow LOTO and safety procedures; keep work areas clean and organized.
