Job summary

BEASLEY FOREST PRODUCTS INC. is seeking a Utility Fill-In Rover to support daily sawmill operations. You will rotate through positions, sort and handle lumber, and assist operators while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires physical endurance, adaptability, and reliability in a fast-paced industrial environment. Nights and weekends may be required; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to rotate through multiple positions and learn quickly.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through production line and related areas to support needs.
• Sort, stack, and organize lumber by size, grade, and quality.
• Remove defective materials from the sorting line.
• Assist with setup, operation, and minor troubleshooting of equipment.
• Perform general labor: cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
• Fill in for absent employees to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.
