Hampton Lumber is hiring for an Entry Level - Operator 1 at the Randle Division. The role focuses on keeping the facility clean to eliminate safety and fire hazards, with work in the Sawmill or Planer. You will rotate through basic production tasks as you are trained and exposed to more advanced positions with wage growth.

Starting schedule Tuesday-Friday, Day Shift, with potential swing shift. The position offers a $1,500 hiring bonus and monthly production bonuses based on site goals, plus

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Completion of high-school or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Sawmill experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility clean up to eliminate hazards.
• Assist with dust mitigation and debris removal.
• Support rotation through mill production jobs as trained.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in work area.
