Overview:

Job Status/Type: Full-time, year-round

Salary: $18.00/Hourly

Position Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with various functions of the restaurant, seat guests, take food to the table, bus tables, and assist with dish washing as needed.
2. Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition while interacting with our guests.
3. Provide guest service according to Cedar Point standards.
4. Set up and tear down banquet functions following the diagram of room setup with tables, chairs, podiums, bars, and buffets.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after events, including sweeping rooms and cleaning up after banquet events, including taking out trash.
6. Act as bar back for banquet events, stocking and running product for bars.
7. Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
