Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is hiring a Sawfiler for our Eugene, Oregon sawmill. The role involves tipping and grinding carbide and stellite, benching band and round saws, and identifying defects to maintain cutting-edge production.

You will join a team focused on quality and safety, with opportunities for overtime during busy production times and a strong benefits package including health, retirement contributions, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ verifiable saw filing experience required.
• Understanding of sawmill manufacturing operations and processes.
• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
