48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in Phoenix, AZ to set up and operate power saws for pallet production. You will prepare and trim wood for pallets and contribute to the manufacturing process.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and preferred experience in lumber/warehouse roles. Overtime may be required; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Prior lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing experience preferred.
• Quick hands, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
