Clayton Supply is hiring a General Laborer / Saw Operator for our wood mill that builds wood trusses. You will turn on machinery, read order information, operate equipment, and produce precut parts to spec.

You will verify dimensions and help move finished products to designated areas, while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Physical work requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and clear teamwork communication.

Qualifications

• Reads order information to identify the correct order specification.
• Operates machinery in wood mill safely and efficiently.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and handling physical tasks.
• Good communication with team members and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Turn on machinery and read order specs.
• Operate machinery and produce precut parts per window specifications.
• Verify dimensions using tape measure and ensure accuracy.
• Move finished products to designated areas and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain clean equipment and work area.
