Job summary

You will read specs, measure pieces, fill production sheets, and operate chop saws while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Prior saw operation and warehouse experience preferred; English fluency required; forklift/overhead crane will be used.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Warehousing and material handling experience preferred.
• Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting saws.
• Able to read measurements and perform basic math accurately.
• English reading/writing and safety procedure literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Read job specs to determine machine adjustments and material needs.
• Measure workpieces to verify machine accuracy.
• Fill out work orders and production sheets with required details.
• Operate chop saw to fill orders and cut materials.
• Monitor machines for defects and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
