UFP Grandview, LLC is seeking a Saw Operator I to set up and operate a single-blade saw. The role requires reading production schedules and selecting materials, while ensuring quality specs such as grade, size, and moisture are met.

You will perform setups, feed material per specifications, and periodically check equipment to ensure operating parameters. Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete inspection checklists daily.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 months experience using saws or similar equipment.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate a single-blade saw.
• Read production scheduling sheets and identify required material.
• Ensure material meets quality specs (grade, size, moisture).
• Perform setups and feed material per specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and ensure equipment is safe to operate.
