Position Summary

The saw operator cuts parts according to print and work instructions.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect material prior to cutting
  • Interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Measure and check parts
  • Deburr parts
  • Perform routine saw maintenance
  • Mark parts and palletize for next operation
  • Keep material racks organized
  • Manage drops
  • Log in/out accurately in systems
  • Ensure paperwork accuracy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
