Superior Industries in Morris, MN is seeking a hardworking Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will cut materials precisely per blueprints and operate saws, forklifts, and related equipment, while maintaining a safe workspace.

This full-time day-shift role offers a starting hourly pay of $19–$24, weekly pay, and benefits including health coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, boot reimbursements, and spot bonuses. Training provided and growth opportunities available.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities

• Cut Materials: Precisely cut materials according to the specifications outlined in the blueprints.
• Operate Equipment: Skillfully operate saws, forklifts, and other necessary machinery.
• Ensure Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $19-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 5:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, 5:00am - 11:00am Friday
• Weekly paycheck
