Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring a Saw Machine Operator in Johnson City, TN to join its manufacturing team. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers a $15 per hour wage and weekly pay, with insurance options and holiday/vacation pay.

You will load and operate saw machines and help produce quality products per specifications. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of machine operating experience, and knowledge of basic measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of prior machine operating experience.
• Knowledge of basic measuring tools.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.

Responsibilities

• Gather material needed.
• Load and operate saw machines.
• Efficiently produce a quality product via established manufacturing specifications.
• Inspect product and ensure quality control.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
