Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a Platforms Engineer (Saviynt Admin/Developer) to design, implement, and optimize the Saviynt IGA platform across the enterprise, partnering with IT, security, audit, and business stakeholders.

This role focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, automation, and regulatory compliance, with duties spanning integration with Entra ID, AD, SAP, HR systems, and cloud apps, ensuring scalable, secure governance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IAM or identity governance roles.
• Saviynt EIC integration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IAM processes and controls.
• Experience collaborating with auditors and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Saviynt IGA platform for identity lifecycle management.
• Configure Saviynt with Entra ID, Active Directory, SAP, HR systems, and cloud apps.
• Develop workflows, REST APIs, SQL reports, and data validation for governance.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, auditors, and stakeholders on solutions.
• Provide advanced Saviynt support and maintain runbooks and docs.
• Support SOX/audit and regulatory reporting through governance controls.
